The car was repaired and back on the road within days, and not just any car, we're talking a high-end German sports vehicle. The quality of work spoke for itself. Finding people you can genuinely trust with a car like that is rare. Now I completely understand why BRITFIX came so highly referred. These guys are the real deal. I recently had an oil service done for my vehicle by Britfix in Dubai, and overall the experience was smooth and professional. From the start, booking was straightforward and communication was clear about what the service would include and how long it would take. When I arrived, the staff were attentive and got the vehicle checked in without unnecessary delays. The oil service itself was completed efficiently, and they also carried out a quick inspection to make sure everything else was in order. I appreciated that they explained what oil was used and confirmed the work before proceeding, which gave me confidence in the process. The turnaround time was reasonable, and the vehicle was ready as promised. Pricing felt fair for the level of service provided, and there were no unexpected charges.

Always good to search and find a good mechanic. Can't do without a car in Dubai so these guys take the hassle out of issues every time. The owner is also from the UK so understood my needs exactly. They sorted out a full extensive health check on my car and then did everything needed after sending me videos and a breakdown and a very competitive price. Can't fault them. The fact that they even picked one of my cars from my workplace then dropped it back off is just another level of service. Can't beat the convenience. Happily recommend them all day long.

Unreliable for car condition reviews. Incredibly inflating cost of spare parts and works. Charges as much as authorized services or more. Replacement of rear brake pads almost 1000AED on VW Teramont. I paid less for new Land Cruiser 300 pads in Al Futtaim. I do not recommend this place.

Labour work was on point and I got my car back fully repaired the same day. Also they are providing an option to pay in installments which is always a good thing.
