Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using BRITFIX Auto Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Service Description
BRITFIX provides professional automotive service and repair services in Dubai, including:
- Vehicle maintenance and servicing
- Diagnostic and repair services
- Free pickup and delivery within Dubai
- Quality parts (OEM or aftermarket per customer preference) and certified technicians
Booking and Cancellation
Bookings can be made online or via phone. Cancellation policies:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service
- Late cancellations may incur fees
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT.
Warranty
All services and parts come with our standard warranty. Specific warranty terms will be provided with your service invoice.
